Prana Pilates offers private and duo classes in the Authentic Pilates Method.The Authentic Pilates Method consists of a sequence of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates which are focused on 6 principles: concentration, center, precision, breathing, control, and flow.Through this practice, you will develop a strong and healthy body full of prana as well as a focused mind. At Prana Pilates we offer Pilates sessions at our Ferrymead studio from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday each week with our expert trainer Amadeu. We invite all new customers to come and try an individual one-on-one Pilates session for the initial price of $97. Following this intro class you may purchase one of our Package Deals at a lower price per session.
